Traditional marketing and performance improvement services are typically offered by agencies which generate large diseconomies of scale. To offer a full range of services, these agencies must "stockpile" capabilities and resources. "Stockpiled" capabilities are then generally rendered as "out-of-the-box" solutions which include resources and overhead clients do not need or want. The result? Clients pay for services they do not need or pay a premium for services they do need.
MJA's business model is different. We do not "stockpile" services and do not sell "out-of-the-box" solutions. MJA clients are not required to buy services they do not need. Through this approach, Mark James & Associates clients have realized savings ranging from 15% to 75%.
